Sunnydale SL is a dark, smart, mature virtual world where vampires and demons haunt the night. The island comprises role-playing areas based on the city created by Joss Whedon, commercial and residential properties for those wanting to live, work, or role-play in a beautifully designed virtual world.

The environment allows visitors to live virtual lives as humans, slayers, vampires, witches, demons or simply tourists.

Residential rentals 

Choosing a home in Second Life can be difficult for a resident. Your main concerns should be that it is within a commercially sound SIM, support is available when you need it and you can have as much privacy, flexibility and freedom as you desire in a friendly, supportive environment.

Sunnydale SL was established in 2007 with nurturing staff that help visitors to enjoy their stay there. The rental plots are private with houses available or the freedom for residents to build their own. Both sim and rental staff are available to ease the integration process or help newcomers to Second Life to set up their new homes.

A single rental plot in Sunnydale SL is 1024 square metres allowing for 234 prims to be rezzed. This is charged at 1015 L$ (as of 2009-02-26 approx. 4$ US / 3 Euro) per week.
